Ann Fraistat (pronounced Fry-stat) is the USA Today bestselling author of A Place For Vanishing and What We Harvest.

Ann has a B.A. in theatre and English from the University of Maryland and is a graduate of NYU’s Summer Publishing Institute. She has worked on stages across the DC-area as an actor, director, and playwright. These days, she lives in Maryland with her husband and daughter, cats, and an alarmingly large stash of tea.
